Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Hoosier Elite Detailing LLC website and the purchase of mobile auto detailing services from Hoosier Elite Detailing LLC (“Hoosier Elite Detailing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Must be 18+. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages.

1. Services

Hoosier Elite Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in Greenwood, Center Grove, Johnson County, Indiana, and surrounding areas.

Services, packages, pricing, availability, and estimated service times may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, location, and requested services.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be adjusted if the actual condition of the vehicle differs materially from the information provided.

Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, odors, heavy debris, biohazards, excessive personal belongings, trash, or other conditions requiring substantially more time or materials than included in the selected service.

A quote does not guarantee appointment availability until the appointment has been confirmed.

Additional services or work requested after a quote has been provided may result in an additional charge.

3. Appointments & Booking Deposits

A $25 booking deposit may be required to reserve an appointment. When collected, the deposit is applied toward the customer's final balance.

An appointment is not considered fully reserved until the required booking deposit and/or other required booking information has been received and the appointment has been confirmed by Hoosier Elite Detailing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring that the vehicle is available at the scheduled location and time.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Customer cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, may result in forfeiture of the $25 booking deposit.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may allow the deposit to be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or refunded, at the discretion of Hoosier Elite Detailing.

Hoosier Elite Detailing may make reasonable exceptions to this policy at its discretion.

5. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Appointments generally proceed as scheduled despite weather forecasts. Rain alone does not automatically require cancellation. Light to moderate rain may be acceptable when conditions allow the vehicle to be safely serviced and properly dried.

Weather forecasts alone do not automatically cancel an appointment.

Hoosier Elite Detailing will make the final determination regarding whether actual weather and environmental conditions are safe and practical for mobile detailing and whether the service can be completed to our normal quality standards.

Conditions that may require an appointment to be paused, cancelled, or rescheduled include, but are not limited to:

  • Thunderstorms or lightning

  • Heavy or persistent rain

  • Snow or ice

  • Unsafe road or property conditions

  • Extreme cold temperatures that prevent products or equipment from functioning properly or create unsafe working conditions

  • Extreme heat, including temperatures around 105°F or higher, when working conditions become unsafe

  • Wildfire smoke or significantly degraded air quality

  • High winds

  • Other severe or unsafe environmental conditions

If Hoosier Elite Detailing cancels or reschedules an appointment because of weather or environmental conditions, the customer's $25 booking deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. A refund may be provided at the discretion of Hoosier Elite Detailing.

Customer-requested cancellations due to weather remain subject to the applicable cancellation policy unless Hoosier Elite Detailing determines that the conditions make the appointment unsafe or impractical.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Before service begins, customers should remove valuable, fragile, personal, or irreplaceable items from the vehicle.

Customers are responsible for informing Hoosier Elite Detailing of known vehicle conditions, pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, sensitive materials, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, wraps, electronics, or other circumstances that may affect the service.

The customer must provide reasonable access to the vehicle and the agreed service location.

When required for the selected service, customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to appropriate working conditions, including adequate workspace and any required utilities that have been communicated before the appointment.

7. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, documents, electronics, and other items they do not want handled or moved before the scheduled appointment.

Hoosier Elite Detailing may request that personal items be removed before service begins.

If a customer is requested to remove an item before service and chooses to leave the item in the vehicle, Hoosier Elite Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to that item, except where the item is located within the glove compartment or center console and is reasonably handled as part of the agreed detailing service.

Customers are encouraged to remove all valuable or irreplaceable belongings before the appointment.

8. Excessive Personal Items & Trash

Customers are responsible for removing excessive personal belongings, trash, food containers, debris, and other loose items from the vehicle before the scheduled appointment when reasonably possible.

Hoosier Elite Detailing may charge an additional fee when a vehicle contains an excessive amount of personal belongings, trash, food containers, debris, or other items that require substantial additional time to remove, sort, bag, or dispose of before the agreed detailing service can be performed.

Any applicable additional charge will be communicated to the customer before the additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

Hoosier Elite Detailing reserves the right to decline removal of hazardous, contaminated, unusually large, or otherwise unsafe materials.

9. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Hoosier Elite Detailing will take reasonable care while performing services.

However, certain existing conditions may not be removable or repairable through detailing, including permanent staining, damaged materials, faded surfaces, scratches, paint defects, burns, tears, cracking, corrosion, or other pre-existing damage.

Hoosier Elite Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration that becomes visible during or after the detailing process.

Customers should disclose known damage or sensitive areas before service begins.

10. Customer-Requested Additional Services

Services or tasks requested by the customer that are not included in the originally agreed service or package may result in an additional charge.

Hoosier Elite Detailing will communicate the additional charge when reasonably possible before performing the additional work.

Additional charges may be based on the additional time, labor, materials, equipment, preparation, difficulty, or risk associated with the requested work.

11. Customer-Provided Products

Customers may request that Hoosier Elite Detailing use a product supplied by the customer.

Customer-provided products do not eliminate labor, preparation, application, or service charges. An additional service charge may apply based on the time, difficulty, preparation, application, and other requirements associated with the requested work.

Hoosier Elite Detailing reserves the right to decline the use of a customer-provided product if the product appears unsuitable, unsafe, expired, damaged, incompatible with the vehicle or surface, or if its use could reasonably cause damage or compromise the quality of the service.

Hoosier Elite Detailing is not responsible for the performance, durability, compatibility, or results of a customer-provided product. The customer assumes responsibility for the product itself and represents that they have permission to have the product used on their vehicle.

Any additional service or upcharge will be agreed upon with the customer before the additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

12. Payment

Payment is due according to the payment terms communicated at the time of booking or service.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, electronic payments, cash, or other methods offered by Hoosier Elite Detailing.

Customers are responsible for all agreed charges associated with services performed and approved additional services.

13. Service Results

Detailing improves the appearance and cleanliness of a vehicle but cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, defect, or imperfection.

Results depend on the vehicle's condition, materials, age, previous care, and the nature of the requested service.

14. Mobile Service Conditions

Because Hoosier Elite Detailing provides mobile services, certain services may require appropriate working conditions, including adequate space, safe access to the vehicle, and suitable weather conditions.

If conditions are unsafe or prevent the service from being performed properly, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

15. Ceramic Coating Services

Ceramic coating services require appropriate preparation and application conditions.

Ceramic coatings provide protection, gloss, hydrophobic properties, and easier maintenance but are not a substitute for paint protection film and do not make vehicle paint immune to rock chips, scratches, or physical impact.

Coating durability depends on the product used, preparation, application, vehicle use, environmental exposure, and maintenance.

16. Communications

By submitting a quote request, booking an appointment, or otherwise providing contact information, you may be contacted regarding your requested services, appointment, quote, or customer account.

Where required, marketing text messages will only be sent when the customer has separately provided the appropriate consent.

Marketing text messages may include promotional offers, discounts, service reminders, or other marketing communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing services.

17. Privacy
